ComplyRight launched HRdirect SmartApps as an à la carte suite of web applications that allow small-to-medium sized businesses to manage their workforce, legal, and compliance digitally.

This case study shows my process for redesigning the platform and existing apps, creating a design system, and creating seven new apps.

The previous design of the SmartApps platform was riddled with inconsistencies, so the lead front-end developers & I created a design system to ensure consistency and efficiency as the platform grows.

Platform Redesign

My initial task was to redesign the SmartApps platform and the existing apps to the new branding, make consistent design patterns, and ensure accessibility.

The Harassment Training app was also used to build the Safety Training Smart App.
